Before purchasing or using our overseas static ISP residential proxy services, please carefully read the following Terms of Service. By successfully placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

1Service Description and Delivery

Service Description

We provide static residential ISP proxies (ISP Proxy) assigned by overseas third-party network operators.

Delivery

All products are delivered manually. After placing an order, you can find your service information under Login → Account Center → My Orders → View Details → Delivery Information.

Validity Period

Static IP resources are provided for a limited rental period. Please use the service within its validity period and renew it before expiration. Expired IP resources may no longer be recoverable.

2User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

To maintain the quality of our IP resources and the stability of our services, the following activities are strictly prohibited:

Illegal Attacks

Including but not limited to DDoS attacks, port scanning, penetration testing, and the distribution of viruses or malware.

Spam

Using our IP resources to send unsolicited bulk email is strictly prohibited. SMTP port 25 is blocked by default.

Copyright Infringement

Illegal BT or torrent downloading, distribution, or other unauthorized distribution of copyrighted content is strictly prohibited.

Financial Fraud

Our services must not be used for phishing websites, money laundering, fraud, scams, or other unlawful activities.

Applicable Law and Violation Handling: Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable to the jurisdiction where the relevant servers are located, as well as applicable laws of China. If any violation is detected, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate the account without prior notice.

3Refund and After-Sales Policy

Digital Service Nature

Because IP resources are immediately usable after delivery, refunds are generally not available for issues unrelated to technical defects.

Platform Compatibility

We only guarantee the authenticity of the IP address and basic network connectivity. Due to different risk-control policies implemented by individual platforms, such as TikTok, Amazon, and Facebook, we do not guarantee that an IP address will bypass any specific platform's restrictions or blocks. We are not responsible for account suspensions resulting from improper or inappropriate use by the user.

4Disclaimer

ProxyHub does not provide any form of internet acceleration, circumvention, or unauthorized network access service. We only provide overseas network resources for legitimate business operations.

In the event of temporary service interruptions caused by force majeure events, including international submarine cable failures, network outages by telecommunications operators, or changes in applicable policies, we will make reasonable efforts to assist with service recovery. However, we are not responsible for any economic losses arising from such interruptions.

5Amendments to These Terms

ProxyHub (proxyhub.us.ci) reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any modifications will become effective upon publication. Users are encouraged to review these terms periodically.
